- 5 tbsp. coconut oil
- 4 tbsp. honey

ALMOND BUTTER:
- Add the smooth and natural peanut butter to provide the creaminess, and it also helps to bind these items. Mix the almond butter with the measurement to combine the separated oil.
COCONUT OIL:
- Include the liquid coconut oil to provide the indulgent flavor, and it also binds the items and helps to maintain the shape.
OATS:
- Add the old-fashioned rolled oats to provide the satisfying and chewy texture in the bars. Don’t use the quick oats because they make them soft.
WALNUTS & PEPITAS:
- Include the walnuts or pepitas to add crunchiness and additional protein, good fats, and texture.
CRANBERRIES:
- Add the 50 % less sugar-containing dried cranberries to include the natural sweet and lightly tangy flavor in these bars. It pairs nicely with nuts & oats as well.
CHIA SEEDS & LIME ZEST:
- Include the chia seeds and lime zest in the bars. Chia seeds will provide the fiber content, while the lime zest will offer the nice citrus aroma.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the oven to 350°F and put the parchment on the tray.
- Include the coconut oil, vanilla essence, salt, almond butter, cinnamon, & honey in a small pan.
- Now put the pan on a low flame & stir till the mixture is combined & smooth.
- Add the dried cranberries, chia seeds, walnuts, pepitas, lime zest, & rolled oats in the large vessel and mix.
- Include the hot almond butter mixture on the dry components and mix properly with a spatula to coat.
- Add the mixture to the baking pan and use the back of a spoon to press the mixture firmly.
- Now bake the mixture for twenty minutes till the corners get lightly golden.
- Take them out and cool the bars properly in the pan.
- Then place them on the cutting board and cut into 12 pieces.
- Remove from the oven and let the bars cool completely in the pan.
- Lift the bars out using the parchment paper and cut them into 12 equal pieces.
