INGREDIENTS
- cooked, shredded 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast
- 8 1/2 ounces of sugar-free barbecue sauce
- 12 teaspoon salt and garlic
- 2 12 cups of coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage and half a cup of red onion
- 1 Monterey cup grated Jack cheese
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 cooked and crumbled bacon slices
INSTRUCTIONS
- Set the oven’s temperature to 425°F (218°C).
- A 10″ (25 cm) or bigger cast-iron skillet should be used to cook the chicken. Sprinkle the red onion and garlic salt on top of the chicken after pouring the BBQ sauce over it.
- Combine the chicken with the remaining Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese. Add the coleslaw mixture on top, followed by the remaining cheeses and bacon crumbles.
- Until the cheese starts to bubble, bake for FIFTEEN mins, after transfer to the oven.
- Serve right away.
