English cucumbers and Persian cucumbers can also be used in the recipe as per your choice; they also give a refreshing taste.

HARD BOILED EGGS:

LEMON JUICE :

  • The lemon juice will add some extra freshness. It will also make the dressing sour in taste. The White wine vinegar and Apple cider vinegar are good substitutes for it, as they also provide the sour taste to the dressing as per your preference in the recipe.

FRESH PARSLEY:

  • It will add a fresh, mild, and slightly peppery flavor to the salad. It also gives us some extra vitamins. Fresh dill and fresh cilantro also work well because they pair well with the cucumber eggs and the creamy dressing, as per your choice in the recipe.
