INGREDIENTS:

  • Single head of cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp. oil (olives/avocado)
  • Broth of turkey/chicken, 32 oz
  • One pound, Turkey (ground)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chipotle/cayenne pepper (ground)
  • Minced garlic, 4 cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered chilli
  • Two chopped poblano/chili peppers (medium)
  • Onion (dried), One tsp.
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • Two tsps of dried oregano.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. After setting the pan on the burner, start the flame.
  2. Include oil in it & allow it to heat up.
  3. Then include the ground meat of turkey in the heated oil.
  4. Continuously mix it with a spoon until its color changes.
  5. Dish it out when it turns brown.
  6. Transfer the ground turkey (browned) to the crockpot.
  7. Include powdered chili, garlic, broth (turkey/chicken), peppers, cayenne pepper, cumin, onion (dried), & oregano to the browned turkey in the crockpot.
  8. Cover & cook it for three hours on full flame or 6 hours on slow flame.
  9. After the above-mentioned time is completed, include the cauliflower.
  10. Cover & cook for Extra 0.5 hours on full/low flame.
  11. Now your keto White Turkey Chili is ready!

TIPS:

  • If you require to have the rich turkey chili, then include cheese/sour cream. If you want to go non-dairy, then include coconut oil.
  • Chop the cauliflower into small heads so that they become tender but do not get mushy in the last 0.5 hours.

STORAGE INFORMATION:

  • After the cooking has completed, leave the chili in the crockpot for several hours. Set it at the “keep warm” setting.

FRIDGE:

  • Once the cooked chili comes to normal surrounding temperature, pack it in a locked container. Shift that container to the refrigerator. It will be fresh for three to four days.
