CHICKEN BREAST:

  6. Now pour the white wine and scrape the browned bits from the bottom, and simmer it for two to three minutes.
  7. Include the baby spinach and cook till it wilts completely.
  8. Add the cornstarch and heavy whipping cream to the small vessel and whisk to make it smooth.
  9. Put the mix in pan & combine continuously to thicken the sauce.
  10. Then add the chicken to the pan again & add the seasonings
  11. Cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes on very low flame till everything gets combined & serve.
