INGREDIENT NOTES:

BEEF:

  • For a soft and high-protein filling, utilize lean beef steak. Thinly sliced chicken can be used in its place.

HAWAIIAN ROLLS:

  • For a delicate and slightly sweet texture, we utilize Hawaiian rolls. Another option is whole-wheat dinner rolls.

BELL PEPPERS:

  • For color, flavor, and vitamin C, utilize bell peppers.  Orange, yellow, or red peppers are good choices.

ONION:

  • Include the onion for flavor and sweetness. Shallots might be utilized as another choice.

OLIVE OIL:

  • For cooking and healthy unsaturated fats, include olive oil. Another choice is avocado oil.

GARLIC:

  • For a delicious taste and healthy plant ingredients, we utilize garlic. You can use garlic powder instead.

CHEESE PROVOLONE:

  • For a smooth and melted cheese topping, we utilize provolone. Swiss cheese or mozzarella can be used in its place.

WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE:

  • To give a savory taste to these sliders, we utilize Worcestershire sauce. If you prefer, go for a reduced-sodium variety.

APRIKA AND OREGANO:

  • Use paprika for smokiness and oregano for herbal flavor. Oregano can be substituted with Italian seasoning.

PARLEY:

  • For color and freshness, we incorporate the fresh parsley. Another option is cilantro.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. We warm the oven to 175°Celcius and make slices of the Hawaiian rolls horizontally.
  2.  Put the bottom half in a coated baking dish and then we preheat one tbsp of olive oil in a pan.
  3. Include the paprika, beef, black pepper, & salt & cook till perfectly browned & cooked.
  4. Bring out the beef and slowly cook the onion and bell peppers in the leftover oil for seven minutes.
  5. Include the oregano and garlic and cook for only one minute.
  6. Put the beef back in a pan & incorporate in the Worcestershire sauce & Dijon mustard.
  7. Distribute the beef mixture on the rolls & then garnish with provolone cheese.
  8. Put the top rolls on the filling and gently coat using olive oil.
  9. Wrap with foil and bake for almost ten minutes.
  10. Bake without covering for an extra five minutes till the cheese melts.
  11. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and parsley, and then serve hot.

TIPS:
