Keto Blackened Shrimp and Asparagus. Have a delicious and satisfying dinner. It’s a perfect dinner for anytime of the week, Easy, flavorful, and quick. For a superb healthy dish, seasoned and roasted shrimp pairs with roasted asparagus.
Ingredients:
For the Shrimp:
(deveined tail on) 1 Pound Colossal Shrimp,
1 Tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper, to taste
For the Asparagus:
1 Bundle Asparagus
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl(large) for the shrimp and toss well to coat.
Over medium/high heat, heat a cast iron grill skillet and in a single layer, lay shrimp flat. On each side, cook for about FIVE minutes.
Take out from pan and put it aside.
Add the asparagus with their ends cut off using the same bowl you tossed the shrimp in.
Sprinkle with salt/pepper & toss to coat.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a different skillet. Toss the asparagus in and until desired level of softness is reached, cook for FIVE minutes.
