- 1 oz. (2 tbsp) unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2½ tsp powdered erythritol
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- Place all the ingredients in a beaker so it can be use with an immersion blender.
- Stir for 15-20 seconds or until there appears a fine foam on the top.
- Pour the hot cocoa into cups and there you go .
Use ghee (clarified butter) or coconut oil for a dairy-free option.
