- I use frozen blueberries after draining their water properly. We would include blueberries (fresh) or any other berries of choice.

INSTRUCTION:
PREPARATION:
- Heat the oven at three-twenty-five degrees F
- Take a muffin tray (mini) and grease its muffin cups with oil (coconut)
or butter.
BLEND ALL THE INGREDIENTS:
- In a blender add eggs, sweetener, and extract of vanilla.
- Merger all the ingredients until all of them get smooth.
- Then include the flour (coconut), salt, butter (melted), cinnamon, and baking powder.
