- If spinach powder is not available in your home you can add fresh spinach. You can also add green coloring instead. Or don’t add anything at all if green is not desired.
PURE MINT EXTRACT:
- To copy the exact recipe you can use pure mint extract, not peppermint extract. You can blend the fresh mint with the ingredients as well.

- Take out all the ingredients on the counter.
- Take a clean ice cream spoon and add two spoons of ice cream in the mixer.
- Add almond milk, spinach powder, and pure mint extract.
- Blend all the ingredients until well combined.
- Place the Mason jars on the counter and pour the shake into the jars.
- Decorate it with whipped cream (optional).

- If there is some milkshake left you can pour the milkshake in the air-tight container and store it for up to 3 days. Defrost Let it melt at room temperature for ten to fifteen minutes. Then pour it in the blender to blend until you got the smooth texture of your choice.

Is there any difference between pure mint and peppermint?
- Essence (Pure mint) is a mixture of both peppermint and spearmint. And give the exact taste as the original one. And peppermint extract gives a candy-like flavor to your shake.
Is it possible to substitute essential oil for extract?
- The food-grade essential oil will work. Add equal parts of peppermint and spearmint oil and start with just a drop of oil.
Can I use heavy cream for a thick consistency?
- Heavy cream is very thick; I suggest using half cream and half water to make the mixture bendable.
Is there any alternative for a dairy-free milkshake?
- You can use wink ice cream (Plant-base) or any other vanilla ice cream (low-carb and dairy-free).
