INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup cocoa butter
- 2 tbsp. powdered Erythritol
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
INGREDIENT NOTES:
KETO SWEETENER:
- We are using erythritol here to sweeten our dish. You may go for allulose/monkfruit if you don’t have erythritol available. Always remember to adjust the amount if you are using any sweetener other than erythritol. We suggest that you always use powdered sweetener instead of the granular version. This way, you will get a smooth texture.
PEANUT BUTTER(NATURAL):
- Commercial/branded peanut butter contains preservatives, high-carb sugar, etc. That is why we choose natural peanut butter that is purely ketogenic (contains only peanuts & salt). If you want to create a different taste, then you may choose almond/cashew butter.
SALT:
- This item is not mandatory, but a little pinch of salt makes a great difference in the taste. If you include a pinch of salt, it makes all the flavors prominent.
OIL OF COCONUT:
- You may choose to use either refined/unrefined oil of coconut as per your preference. It will help to firm up our bombs softly after chilling.
ESSENCE OF VANILLA:
- Be careful of any added carbs while buying it. Use only the pure essence for a strong aroma. It will also increase the overall taste.
COCOA BUTTER:
- This butter will provide your little bombs with white chocolate’s taste & aroma. Be careful to buy the healthy version of cocoa butter.
