CARROTS:
- Fresh carrots help to add the natural sweet taste and color to this soup and will enhance the addition of vitamin A.
EGGS:
- Eggs will provide the protein and also bind the matzo mixture together. It will add a rich taste and structure to the matzo dumplings.
EGG NOODLES:
- Egg noodles are soft and provide the mass and texture in the soup. It makes the broth tasty while adding protein to it.
MATZO MEAL:

- Include the six cups of broth in the pot, then include the carrots in them.
