Some of my favorite dishes includes this amazingly delicious Keto Mini Zucchini Pizzas! These mini zucchini pizzas fit right in, from mini chicken to pot pies to mini donuts and taste so good! Before dinnertime, these are a great snack to curb your hunger! They make a great appetizer too. VERY easy to make!
THE PREPARATION
- 4 ounce zucchini
- 1/3 cup low-carb tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 3 ounce pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoon fresh basil, for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
THE EXECUTION
1. Measure out and prepare all the ingredients. Preheat oven to broil.
2. Wash and dry the zucchini. Line them on a baking sheet with parchment paper after thinly slice the zucchini then. For about 1-2 minutes, broil the zucchini on each side.
3. To the top of the zucchini, add the low carb tomato sauce, then add the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices. Until the cheese is melted, place in the oven just.
4. Top with basil and salt/pepper. Enjoy!
This makes a total of 2 servings.
