Keto Sun Dried Tomato Shrimp Skillet. One of my new favorites is this sun-dried tomato and shrimp skillet that is keto. Sun-dried tomatoes and prawns go so nicely with the cheesy, creamy sauce. This is one of those dishes that genuinely smells so good as you prepare it that you wish you could capture the aroma and use it to make a candle.
The unwritten rule in the kitchen is that cheese and seafood don’t mix well, although this isn’t always true. Although this dish is bursting with Italian flavors, if you were to read it in Italy, you might conclude that it is more authentic than Olive Garden. Nevertheless, it’s delectable, and many cultures have done so with great success.
