Ingredients:

  • Soy sauce ( low salt) 3 tbsp.
  • Olive oil, 2 tablespoons.
  • Salmon fillet, 1 pound
  • Chili garlic paste 1/2 tsp.
  • Honey, 1 teaspoon.
  • Freshly grated ginger, 2 teaspoons.
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Rice vinegar 1 tbsp.

For serving:

  • Sesame seeds
  • Green onion chopped

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the oven by heating it at 450 degrees 15 minutes before baking.
  2. Set a burner on high temperature and then put a pan over it.
  3. Now, add in the rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, and then boil it.
  4. Then add the honey and the chili garlic paste in it and turn the flame off.
  5. Then, brush the salmon with the olive oil properly and then cook in the pan for 3 to 4 minutes each side or until it is well done.
  6. Now add the vinegar glaze to the salmon and then coat it properly.
  7. Now, bake it in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  8. Top it with the freshly chopped green onions and the sesame seeds.

Notes:

You can also use the leftovers in scrambled eggs or the tofu.
You bake small portions of the salmon; remember that it will take minimum time to bake.
