CREAM CHEESE:

GUAVA PASTE:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Warm the oven to 400° F & place the paper on tray.
  2. Defrost the puff pastry sheets and unfold them, then make 12 equal squares.
  3. Put one tsp. cream cheese along with a cube of guava paste, over it in the middle of each square.
  4. Then fold the puff pastry square diagonally to form the triangle, and then seal the corners with a fork.
  5. Put these pastries in the tray with some gap between them and bake for 18 to 20 minutes till they get brown and puffed.
  6. When they get bake, leave them for five to ten minutes on wire surface, then serve.
