Salami and Cheese Frittatas is a great breakfast snack even if you are in a hurry. It’s a grab-and-go. It is not only delicious but pretty easy to make and super addictive. You will need a non-stick pan, (no plastic handle, that can go in the oven. I usually cut the frittata into squares.

- Oil
- 100g Danish salami, chopped
- 1/2 cup (60g) frozen peas
- 1/2 cup (125ml) cream
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Devondale Tasty Cheese Block
- Salt & freshly ground pepper, to season

Preheat oven to 180°C. Take a 6 x 200ml muffin pan and brush it with oil. - Step 2
Take a bowl and combine peas, cheese, and salami in it. Between holes in muffin pan, divide mixture evenly. - Step 3
Whisk cream and eggs together by using a fork to in a medium jug. Season with salt and pepper. Pour evenly over salami mixture. Bake for 25 minutes until it gets puffed, golden and put the middle. - Step 4
After cooling a bit, then remove from pan. If you do not want to eat it immediately then cool on a wire rack.
